To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Lead Data and Compliance

When using the Service to collect and manage lead data, you are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA)
• Maintaining accurate records of consent and opt-in/opt-out preferences
• Honoring opt-out requests in a timely manner
• Using lead data only for legitimate business purposes

We are not responsible for your compliance with data protection laws regarding the leads you collect through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Global AI Sentinel LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL AI SENTINEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global AI Sentinel LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
